What does it cost a tradesperson right now?
Nothing. There is no monthly fee and no charge to receive or quote on a job. While we're getting started, commission is waived too, so a completed job costs you nothing.
So how will TradeWise make money?
A small commission on completed work, once we start charging it. You'll know the rate before it applies to you, and it will only ever be charged on jobs you've actually won and finished.
When would commission be charged?
Only when a job is completed and the customer confirms the work in the app. A job that is cancelled, disputed, or abandoned is never charged.
What counts as a lead?
A matched job that appears in your leads feed. Viewing it is free, quoting on it is free, and there is no monthly cap on how many you can see.
Is it really free for homeowners?
Yes. Posting a job, getting matched, comparing quotes, messaging, and the written contract are all free, with no upfront payment to us. You pay your tradesperson directly for the work.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There's nothing to subscribe to and nothing to cancel.
